we are family

Dukoff started off photographing Devendra Banhart, which "led to photographing his friends and the people he was making music with, and those people led me to more people and the music they were making... So, with a little help from Devendra, I mapped out a plan to visit and photograph the musicians whom I didn’t know quite as well, but who seemed to be crucial members of the group, in one way or another.... a sort of family.”
