I found out the other day that over 50% of Melbourne residents grow some form of food for their own consumption. This information came from a slightly unreliable source and I imagine that the statistic includes people with a basil plant on the windowsill in the kitchen, but still.... Summer's just around the corner (the sun just came out to make me feel all outdoorsey, stuck here behind my desk).
